A Competitive Spirit-Should we encourage it or discourage it?To what extent?

Competitive spirit ,a predisposition to maximize effort with full concentration in our work to get a perfect outcome in this competitive world.If we take sports as a physical pursuit that is most prevalent in societies where competition is widespread.It is true that no one can win the game without the competitive spirit.A competitive spirit within any business organization is fostered only when management is trusted and members of the organization feel that their unique talents and contributions are appreciated and nurtured.If that type of atmosphere will exist,then winning will happen automatically.

We can say that there is a very small difference between competitive spirit and being aggressive.If healthy competition is developed ,we can gain advantages in many different areas of life.otherwise there will be conflicts between individuals,groups or nations.A competitive spirit and a desire to achieve will effect your success in business.It encourage creative ideas,so it will impress the bosses,teachers,friends and colleagues and they will think that we have a zest for life.It will increase the self respect.
As competitive spirit have more advantages than disadvantages,I think that its good to encourage competitive spirit to a certain limit without causing conflicts.

Something about me..........

Iam Vinoth.Iam sitting for A/L on 2012 which is a difficult task in life.Iam waiting for the day to finish A/L.I hope after A/L life will be fantastic.After A/L iam planning to go abroad for my higher studies.

I don't think there is much about me.Iam a silent boy.I don't talk much with my parents or relatives too but i talk little more with friends than parents.The real thing think is I wont stop talking if I started to talk with some persons.I like to help others.

I like to watch films during my leisure time.I play computer games olso.During holidays i like visiting countries.I like travelling alot.I have already visited many counties.In that i like Singapore very much because of it's neatness.My favourite colour is black&white combination.I ike eating pizza,mainly devilled chicken.My favourite drink is Faluda.I like playing foot ball.one thing I want always with me is my N95.It makes me happy when iam sad.
That's all about me.
I like being happy always and making others happy.
